If you’ve been eating healthy this week and exercising, I am certain you are feeling pretty good right about now? I can also bet that it was tough the first few days as your body was adjusting to the shock of being deprived of some of it’s favorite foods and portions. I did have some trouble adjusting to my juice fast that I started this week, but so far, I am feeling pretty energized and still doing my workouts full throttle!
