Our activity level is another great way to measure our progress. The more we do, the more we can do!
When I started exercising, I could only walk half a mile before I was out of breath and exhausted. Then, I worked up to over 7 miles and now I am working on jogging and running more. In fact, I can now run a mile non-stop at 5.2 on the treadmill. Something I thought I would never be able to do when I started.
I also have seen a lot of changes in how much I can lift, how long I can play with the kids and much more. What improvements are you seeing already?
