Exercise is not always fun. In fact, sometimes it can be downright boring. Sometimes you have to force yourself through.
The best way to beat this is with an exercise buddy. Your spouse, your best friend, or even an acquaintance with an interest in getting fit. The time you spend together will not just help you physically, but emotionally as well. There is alot to be said about having a friend to vent to when things go wrong. Just remember to spend as much time listening as you do talking and you’ll have a buddy for life!
